Day 364: “Next”, a poem block

Today’s piece is another Nancy Drew poem block. This one reads: “deeply excited about/ the next” in magenta, pink and blue. I specifically chose these words to signify how I feel at this point. I’m really pleased to have nearly completed this endeavor, but I’m also really excited about what’s to come. I don’t know what that will be, exactly, but I do know that it will include continual artmaking. 🙂

Now that this daily art challenge is winding down, some of you may be wondering what’s next for me. For those of you who have been fretting about a drying-up of eye-art-candy, rest assured that this blog will continue to exist. While I won’t be requiring myself to make & post a new piece every single day after tomorrow, I will continue to post all of my new completed artwork HERE first and foremost, giving my faithful blog readers first dibs at everything. If you’d like to stay up-to-date without having to swing by and see if there’s something new, just subscribe to the blog if you haven’t already to get emails each time I post new art.

I’m working feverishly in the studio to finish a colorful nightscape for tomorrow’s final piece. *Fingers crossed* I’m hoping I’ll get in done in time for some celebratory wine-drinking in the living room. Woohoo!
